Y'all know I love yoga. It's my daily go-to practice, and that's not going to change. BUT sometimes I just really want to let out some steam. Ya know - work out in a dark room with super loud music and just sweat out the stress. For that, I go to Sweat 'N Gears Cycling Studio in Homewood. I started going in May 2014 when they ran a Groupon Deal and have been hooked since. The studio is super clean and accommodating and the instructors are top notch.
Obviously, I'm a big fan - so, I was super excited when owners, Jeremy and Lisa Clarke, invited me to be a part of a new program they are launching: 6-Week Weight Loss Workshop. They are packing a lot of value into this custom class to help participants optimize weight-loss goals.
