Elemental Living Community Retreat
You’re invited to the first ever Elemental Living Community Retreat, hosted by Emilie Maynor on Sunday, September 17!
In this full-day experience, you’ll explore your natural energy and vitality through elemental yoga therapy, intentional writing, community and R&R—all on a beautiful two-story boat house at the lake with quite a view!
Elemental living is the root that grounds us and gives us the ability to be rich, spiritual beings.
It’s about knowing you’re worthy, embracing tools like self-study and self-inquiry, and relying on food, meditation, mindfulness, and seasonal living for daily nourishment.
During this retreat, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of what it means to live in accordance with the earth element through yoga, supportive foods, discussion about common emotional imbalances, and intentional writing for deeper insight.
Learn to create sacred space anywhere you are, both physically and mentally. This helps create the mentality that you’re worth the effort. Because you are.
Intentional writing coach Erica Midkiff will join us to deeper nourish our sense of belonging and other earth principles.
She believes there’s real power in the kind of writing you do just for you—no editing, no holding back, just letting it all out. She’ll guide us through a two-part intentional writing exercise to help deepen our connection with the earth element.
Here’s what’s included in your investment:
Two yoga practices: an invigorating earth element-centered series plus a more gentle, meditative practice
A nourishing snack in an Emilie Maynor mason jar
A meaningful group discussion about the earth element and what it can bring to our lives
Additional information and a recipe you can take home to help you continue connection with the earth element
An intentional writing practice with special guest Erica Midkiff, along with information about how you can create your own practice at home
Time you can spend creating community with others attending the retreat or create your own grounding practice
