Thank you to the lovely participants of our past ELCR! I am beyond grateful for such a beautiful event and am thrilled to announce our next retreat happening Sunday, March 17, 2019!

In this full-day experience, you’ll explore your natural energy and vitality through elemental yoga therapy, guided pranayama, Intuitive Eating discussion & food demo community and R&R—all on a beautiful two-story boat house at the lake with quite a view!
Elemental living is the root that grounds us and gives us the ability to be rich, spiritual beings.
It’s about knowing you’re worthy, embracing tools like self-study and self-inquiry, and relying on food, meditation, mindfulness, and seasonal living for daily nourishment.
During this retreat, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of what it means to live in accordance with the seasonal shift from winter to spring through elemental yoga, supportive foods, discussion about common emotional imbalances, and connecting with the fresh air around you.

Silent downtime for you to enjoy personal space to journal, reflect or meditate, plus plenty of time for rich discussion & community building.
Yoga practice, meditation, discussion, & lunch to be held at the (covered) Boat House.
*PLEASE NOTE* Alabama weather is a tad fickle and rain is always a possibility - unless we experience a complete down pour, the retreat will run rain or shine! This is a 100% outdoor event with no AC, however things tend to stay cooler on top of the boathouse with a breeze & fans :)
