Hi, I'm Emilie Maynor and I'm a health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
My love for smoothies came out of personal necessity. I was working full-time as Senior Event Manager and trying to juggle working nights & weekends along with a personal life.
I was skipping meals, inactive, stressed and felt completely exhausted the majority of the time.
I was pumping my body with caffeine & sweets to get through the day, when I finally hit a brick wall.
SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE
I wanted to be one of those people that CRAVED healthy food. Someone that finds JOY in cooking. I wanted to show myself I’m just as important as the job, the partner, the friends, the family, and even the pets….
I am WORTH IT!
But counting calories & measuring my food sounded like an extra “to-do.” I drew on my yoga background to figure out a MINDFUL + SUSTAINABLE plan.
